We are seeking a creative and technically skilled UI/UX Designer with a strong aptitude for front-end development. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and the ability to bring those designs to life through code. You will be a key player in our product development process, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring a seamless and engaging user journey. This role requires a minimum of three years of experience in a similar capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate user requirements and wireframes into visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
- Design and develop responsive and interactive web applications using modern front-end technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Develop and maintain a consistent design system and brand identity across all our digital products.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using JavaScript, React, and Redux.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 3+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Front-End Developer, or a similar role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design and front-end development skills.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, React, and Redux.
- Expertise in CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or similar.
- Solid experience with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
