Key Requirements & Experience 🛠️

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a DevOps or NetOps role.

• Deep and extensive experience with Zabbix is mandatory, including:

  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining large-scale Zabbix environments.

  • Developing complex custom templates, items, triggers, and graphs.

  • Setting up advanced alert management, notification, and escalation policies.

  • Integrating Zabbix with other systems (e.g., ITSM, log management).

  • Tuning Zabbix server performance and database optimization.

• Strong understanding of network monitoring concepts and tools.

• Proficiency in Linux administration and scripting (e.g., Python, Bash).

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

• Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet) and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities 💻

• Own the Zabbix infrastructure end-to-end, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.

• Architect and implement monitoring solutions for critical network, server, and application infrastructure.

• Develop and automate key operational processes and monitoring deployment.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to monitoring and alerting.

• Collaborate with development and operations teams to define monitoring requirements.

• Participate in on-call rotation (if required) and act as the subject matter expert for Zabbix.
