About the Role

We’re looking for two experienced and driven NetOps / DevOps Engineers to join our remote team. This is a critical role focusing on the stability, performance, and automation of our server infrastructure and network operations. If you have a deep background in server management and a passion for leveraging DevOps principles to streamline workflows, we want to talk to you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Extensive server management across various environments (physical, virtual, and cloud), ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment systems.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues within the network and infrastructure stack.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
  • Implement and manage logging, monitoring, and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless application deployment and scaling.
  • Participate in on-call rotations (if applicable, to be discussed) and contribute to system documentation.

What We’re Looking For (Required Skills & Experience)

  • 4+ years of professional experience in a NetOps, DevOps, or similar systems administration role.
  • Extensive and deep knowledge of server handling and administration (Linux and/or Windows).
  • Proven expertise with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
  • Strong understanding of networking protocols and concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancing, Firewalls).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
  • Solid experience with version control systems (Git).
