We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and at least 5 years of hands-on development experience. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about building robust web applications, writing clean and scalable code, and mentoring junior and mid-level team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and deployment of full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Architect efficient and reusable front-end and back-end systems and abstractions.
• Review code, provide technical guidance, and ensure best practices in coding, security, and performance.
• Mentor and support a team of junior and mid-level developers to foster their technical growth.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements to our development processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of solid experience working with the MERN stack.
• Deep understanding of JavaScript, REST APIs, asynchronous programming, and web application architecture.
• Strong experience with version control systems like Git.
• Proven leadership capabilities and experience managing or mentoring developers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Salary In Hand: 7-15 LPA  (Negotiable for very senior candidates)
