About the Role: Key Brains suite are hiring a results-driven Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to optimize our digital presence, generate high-quality leads, and manage paid media and CRO initiatives. You’ll be hands-on with campaigns across SEO, paid search, email, and lead nurturing, with a focus on measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: – Plan and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns (SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content syndication). – Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to drive targeted traffic and qualified leads. – Optimize landing pages and lead gen forms for conversion (CRO), using A/B testing and analytics. – Manage email marketing campaigns and nurture leads through segmented drip sequences. – Research and enrich prospect lists, optimize lead scoring, and implement lead follow-up strategies. – Collaborate with the content and design team to ensure campaign assets are high-converting and on-brand. – Track and report on campaign KPIs, lead quality, and ROI; deliver actionable insights to drive continuous improvement. – Support market research and competitor analysis projects to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements: – 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or related roles. – Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and CRO tactics. – Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar platforms. – Proficiency with marketing automation (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and CRM systems. – Analytical mindset with expertise in Google Analytics, A/B testing, and marketing reporting. – Excellent organizational and communication skills.
