About the Role: Key Brains are looking for a dynamic Marketing Strategy & Content Lead to drive our customer-facing content initiatives, execute multi-channel marketing strategies, and deliver results across content, market research, and conversion optimization. This is a high-impact role where you’ll help shape our messaging, develop strategic content, and oversee campaigns that attract, engage, and convert our target audiences.
Key Responsibilities: – Develop and execute content and marketing strategies for Host Merchant Services and Cloud Manager suite. – Plan and manage the production of customer newsletters, blog posts, website copy, and sales collateral. – Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform content direction, messaging, and positioning. – Collaborate with SEO and lead generation team members to ensure all content is optimized for search and conversions. – Suggest and oversee the creation of downloadable resources, case studies, and product guides. – Lead internal brainstorming and planning sessions to generate high-impact blog and newsletter topics. – Oversee content calendars, editorial guidelines, and ensure consistent brand voice across channels. – Analyze content performance and conversion rates; recommend improvements based on data.
Requirements: – 4+ years’ experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or similar roles (preferably B2B/SaaS/Fintech). – Experience managing content calendars, multi-channel campaigns, and content performance analytics. – Strong writing and editorial skills, with an ability to create persuasive, customer-facing content. – Demonstrated success in market research, competitor analysis, and conversion optimization. – Familiarity with website CMS (WordPress), marketing automation, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
