Job Title: React Native Developer (Remote)

Working Hours: 6:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced React Native Developer to join our remote team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience building and maintaining high-quality mobile applications using React Native.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance mobile applications using React Native.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of professional experience with React Native.

Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), React, and mobile development best practices.

Experience integrating third-party APIs and libraries.

Familiarity with native build tools (Android Studio, Xcode).

Good understanding of RESTful APIs and mobile app architecture.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently during assigned remote working hours.
Work Schedule:

Timing: 6:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST (mandatory)
Selection Process & Terms of Engagement:

Trial Period: 1 week (upon appointment). If performance is unsatisfactory, the contract may be terminated immediately.

Probation Period: 3 months post-trial. During this time, either party may terminate the engagement with 3 days’ notice.

Upon successful completion of the probation period, the candidate will be considered a permanent fit for the role.
