The Challenge
PropVault wanted to democratize real estate investment in India by enabling fractional ownership of commercial properties. The challenge wasn’t just technical — it was regulatory. Every feature had to be designed with SEBI compliance as a first-class constraint, not an afterthought.
Our Approach
We partnered with PropVault’s legal team from day one, building compliance checkpoints into the design process. Every investor flow, every document, every communication was reviewed against the regulatory framework before implementation.
The Solution
We built an end-to-end investment platform: KYC/AML integration with CKYC and Aadhaar verification, digital investment agreements with e-signature, automated dividend distribution engine, investor dashboards with portfolio analytics, and a CMS for publishing property due diligence reports.
The Results
PropVault processed ₹50Cr+ in transactions in their first year of operation. The platform achieved SEBI registration as a Category II Alternative Investment Fund. Investor NPS stood at 72 after the first year — exceptionally high for a financial product.
